To start this quest talk to the guildmaster in the champions guild about rune plate armor an he’ll tell you about Oziach his house is northwest ofthe Rimmington bank.Ask Oziach about the rune plate, an anti-dragon sheild, and the map pieces.He should give you a key to Melzars Maze.Go to the Oracle located on top of the mountain north of the dwarven mines.with a piece of silk, a wizards mind bomb,an unfired bowl and a lobster pot.She will tell you about a door down in the dwarven mines.The door is in the north-east corner of the mine.When you open the door the silk, wizards mind bomb, unfired bowl, and lobster should disappear. Open and search the chest in the room to get the 1st map piece.For the second map piece get some food and travel to Melzars Maze it is south of the crafting guild.Use the key Oziach gave you to open the door kill a few of the giant rats until 1 drops a red key. Use the red key of the northwest door. Kill ghosts in this room until 1 drops an orange key.Use the orange key on the secong door down from north.Kill skeletons in this room until 1 drops a yellow key. Use the yellow key on the most south-west door.Go down ladders until you enter a room with zombies in it.Kill the zombies until you get a blue key.Use the blue key on the north-west door.After that kill Melzar the Mad until you get a magneta key.Melzar the Mad is a level 43 fire mage.Go through the door on the opposite side of the room.Kill the lesser demon in the room until he drops a green key. Use the key on the door to enter the final room enter open the chest and search it. There you will find the second map piece.To get the final map piece go to any bank take out 1 of 3 things. 1 Bow and Arrows to shoot Wormbrain. 2 Runes to mage Wormbrain. 3 10,000 runescape gold to bribe Wormbrain. Next travel to Port Sarim Jail. In a cell near the back you will see a goblin named Wormbrain. to kill him just attack him to bribe him talk to him. If you kill him you need 32 magic to use the spell telekenetik grab. After you get the final piece use the pieces with each other to complete the map. Next go to Lumbridge and talk to Duke Horacio about a sheild to protect from dragons breath he should give you an orange sheild.Get 2000 runescape gold,a hammer,3 planks, 90 steel nails, and your completed map then go to Port Sarim.Go tothe dock east of the food store and talk to Klarence. Keep talking to him and he will off to sell you a ship. Buy it. Go up on deckthen down under the deck use a plank with the hole nearest you. Keep using planks on the hole is filled. Now go to Dranor Village to get a captain. Talk to Ned and he will offer to take you to Crandor. Give him your map and he’ll tell you to meet him by the ship. Bring your potions, food, armor,anti dragonfire sheild, weapons, and i recommend teleportation runes. Talk to Ned to get to Crandor. The dragon is on the top of the island in a room in a cave. This part is left to you. After you kill the dragon go south and use a secret door in the wall to be go through to the cave under the volcano on Karajama Island. Congradulations you have just completed Dragon Slayer now you can buy the rune plate body.
